More Finger Crossing

I had another interview this morning.  It went very well and the interviewer said a lot of things that led me to believe that I would be hired.  The benefits package is very good and the income potential sounds quite nice.  I will receive a call in the next 24 hours letting me know for sure.

It was one of those rare times when I answered her questions before she could ask them.  In the “tell me about yourself” portion, I managed to cover several of the “what were looking for” points without knowing to anticipate them.  I think that means that I would be a good fit and I certainly hope that they think so, too.

Update:  I have a job!  I will be working for one of the fine local financial institutions.  This is certainly a departure from my previous experience, but I am really looking forward to it.
